If the mark of a great company in 2014 is poor, inept customer service...$TWTR rules. I called recently to get an answer to a question and was unable to get a response. Customer service at this $36 billion+ company is nonexistent. For $36 billion, you'd think you could squeeze a little customer service into the site? "Take the money and run" seems to be the philosophy here. Looks like I'm headed to Myspace to get my questions answered.
