Markets closed red again on Thursday, with small caps leading the way, down over 1%. The S&P, DOW, and Nasdaq all closed down over .50%. The VIX, which one would think would have rallied hard over the past few session, only closed up 4.2%, and still resides under 13 – definitely something that has me…Please subcribe to read more.
