Futures are pointing to a higher start to the week,
May 11th, 2018 Watch List
Markets rallied again on Thursday, with the S&P adding .94% and closing in the green for the 5th session in a row. Asia markets closed higher overnight while Europe stocks are mixed this morning. The US dollar is lower, Gold and Treasuries are up, while Oil is in the red.
And this is what UPB is reading this morning : https://www.optionmillionaires.com/friday-morning-reads-47/
AXGN rallied to new all-time highs yesterday and looks poised to break over $45. Have a feeling this is going to overshoot near $50 in the coming days.
EVH soared 9% yesterday on a strong earnings report and some new partnership agreements. They have their investor day starting this morning so could certainly put some more wind in the stocks sails today. Think $20+ soon... TZOO broke over $15 yesterday, pulled back, then rallied to close right at $15. I could see this going to $19-20 in the coming weeks but will close some of my June $15 calls in to cover some costs... likely today.
AYX and ROKU both fell yesterday despite strong earnings reports. I think AYX will rally back over $40 in the coming weeks and hopefully bring the June $45 calls back to life. Hoping the same for ROKU but it will need some catalyst like an analyst upgrade.
Trump is set to speak about drug pricing this afternoon. A decent read here : https://www.marketwatch.com/story/five-things-to-expect-again-from-president-trumps-upcoming-drug-price-speech-2018-04-19 .
IBB maybe a bit volatile after 2pm so may try some lotto positions. I think alot of the pricing issues are baked into the biotechs already so could be a nice buying opportunity.
Great sign that the S&P has solidly reclaimed the 50dma. Next spot is $278:

Nvidia price target raised to $300 from $285 at RBC Capital
RBC Capital analyst Mitch Steves raised his price target on Nvidia to $300 and kept his Outperform rating after "another material beat" in the latest reported quarter, adding that the margin of revenue outperformnace also exceeded the prior beats. Nomura lays out path to Tesla hitting $500 per share in two years

Riot Blockchain initiated with a Buy at H.C. Wainwright
H.C. Wainwright analyst Kevin Dede initiated coverage of Riot Blockchain with a Buy rating and $9 price target. The shares closed yesterday down 21c to $7.23. The analyst, who calls his price target "conservative," see an attractiveness in a "nationally available, easy-to-use digital currency platform that settles trades almost immediately bolstered by an in-house digital currency mining operation." Riot now operates an industrial-class bitcoin mining operation in Oklahoma City running more than 4,000 mining machines and is expected to have 8,000 working by the end of May, Dede tells investors in a research note. He believes the "beauty" in Riot Blockchain's mining operation is that it creates a digital currency inventory, providing liquidity for trading, as well as capital on the order of $40,000-$50,000 gross per day at high margin levels. Dede thinks Riot's advantages in developing a user-friendly digital currency exchange are underappreciated by the investment community |
