My quick take on the current market.
The S&P500 closed at a new record high yet again yesterday. Thats something like 5 in a row. The market continues to do what so many think it wouldn't do for longer than even those that thought it was going to do what it has done. Hmmm.
My current take continues to be about the benjamins.
What do I mean by that?
Well lets take China. Last night they drained more money out of their system. What happened?
Is it any wonder why $BABA isnt making new highs with the entire world moving up these days?
Same goes here in the US. Follow the money. We have all sorts of assets continuing to inflate in price. Why?
The money supply continues to expand.
IS it really that simple?
So far yes. And until we see spending and easy money policy dry up stocks will continue to trend higher.
and with all this pent up demand and supply shortages...
what happens when supply catches up?
Have a great weekend!
