Markets closed mostly lower on Tuesday, with the S&P falling .07%. Asia markets closed lower overnight and Europe markets are lower this morning. U.S. futures are also pointing to a substantially lower open, down .56% as I write this. The Dollar is weaker, while Oil, Gold, and Treasuries are all higher.
