Markets rallied on the first trading session of 2018, with the S&P closing up .83% while the Nasdaq soared 1.5%. Both indexes closed at all-time high levels. Asia markets closed higher overnight while Europe stocks are in the green this morning despite the impending ‘Markets in Financial Instruments Directive’ regulation.
