January 26th, 2015 Watch List

What at first seemed like a low volume boring churn session, changed quickly into a nasty sell-off with markets falling hard at the end of day as Oil fell below $30. The Nasdaq and S&P both fell over 1.5%, and equities gave back all the gains from Friday. Those calling the bottom in energy over the weekend will have to wait. Asia markets fell overnight, with China markets falling over 6% and hitting lows not seen since 2014. Europe markets opened lower, with the DAX off over 1%, but recouped most of the losses - likely on hopes of more ECB action in March, giving investors some confidence buys here will be supported. U.S. futures are in the green this morning,, the US Dollar is flat, Treasuries are slightly higher, and Gold is higher.
