Q. How do I access the live training events that are listed on the calendar?
A. Be sure to click on the actual event title to view instructions. Most of the time you’ll simply need to hover over the Video menu tab and click on Live Video Event Classes for the link and password.
Q.Why am I getting an Unsigned Access Error when trying to log into chat?
A. If you just recently upgraded java on your computer, you may need to do the following. Java recommends clearing the java cache. Here’s how to do that: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml
Q. I signed up for a paid membership, but why can’t I access my correct membership level?
A. This may be due to several reasons. Make sure that you are not using old login information from your Subscriber account if you created a new registration. Ensure that your browser and cookies are all cleared after upgrading. Also, check your PayPal to be sure that you actually have a recurring payment set up with the site. If you have done all of these and are still having trouble, please contact support and we will help you out as soon as possible.
