Charts Striking Points of Resistance/Support $GOOG $FOSL $NFLX

Stocks are generally higher to start the day, but will that last?

All of these stocks are at important points from a chart perspective. I think each of these stocks will post a big move after hitting these points that I have highlighted below.

I am gearing up to take a position in $NFLX and currently waiting to get filled. So far no luck. What do I see?

For $GOOG $FOSL $NFLX I see major resistance which points to at least a short term pull back.

I think each offers a great risk reward for weekly puts.

$GOOG $885 at $1.20
$NFLX $215 at $.68
$FOSL $100 at $.40

Text Trade Idea From This Morning – Update

As promised, will explain the text trade idea from this morning, why I bought it, and what I plan on doing with it. I didn't see any compelling trades worthy of the Text service last week, so we did not send one out for those asking what it was last week.

There typically will be one trade idea sent via text per week.

Todays Text Trade Idea:

V 185 weekly calls

Added V 185 weekly calls @ .28 and will add more they are .31 x .34 - looking for V to break 180 today - risky trade as market finds direction - JB

Visa came up on my radar this morning when GS raised the PT to $200 and made these comments:
Visa's analyst meeting to act as a potive catalysts, says Goldman
Goldman expects Visa's first analyst meeting in three years on June 6 to be a positive catalysts for shares. The firm expects CEO Scharf to provide long-term strategy and financial specifics and the firm raised its price target to $200 from $190 ahead of the event. Shares are Conviction Buy rated
I looked at the chart and liked the tight bollinger bands, which usually indicates a possible large move in the works:
V 6-3 - small
Figure the stock would break $180 this week, depending on the overall market. Looks like a nice risk vs. reward and will look to lock some profits in if the calls hit .60, then will hold for a possoble breakout higher during the end of the week.
These are weekly calls so they are vert risky and can lose their entire value in one day, so be wary.
Stay tuned to chat and twitter for any updates.

Buying Calls Ahead of This Earnings Report

Using stock options to trade earning reports is a high risk proposition.  Heading into earnings option prices will be elevated to account for the possibility of a large move after the company reports.  If the company does not impress or disappoint, the stock could move sideways the next trading session and those elevated options will drop significantly in price.  However if the stock makes a big move post earnings you stand to make a tidy profit assuming you positioned yourself for the move.

Here is the trade I am looking at heading into $GES earnings on Thursday.  I am making this trade based on $GES chart and its recent break of a long downtrend.  Support lies at the $27.50 level, I think a break out will lead to a price of $45 at some point this year.

Trade Idea: $GES - June $30.80 calls

They closed at $.93 would like to get them cheaper and would be happy with $.75-.80.

These options expire in a few weeks.  I will be buying them tomorrow if I get my price.

Another way to trade $GES is to wait until after they report.  If the earnings report is positive then trade for a continuation to the upside and a move ultimately up to $45 over the course of the year.

Trade Ideas: $GES - Sept. $32 calls

Post earnings, if the stock does not rocket higher these calls could drop to the $1 range and that is where you will find my limit order.
